Love this bag

I bought this bag as a birthday present and fell in love with it when it arrived. I got it in black and am happy that the inside is bright, making it easier to see inside. The leather is top-notch and I plan on keeping this bag hopefully for life. I highly recommend this if you are looking for a top-loading backpack. I would suggest to make the shoulder straps a little bit wider and possibly with more cushion. Thank you so much Harber London

Qualité et service client défaillants

J'ai rencontré plusieurs problématiques dès l’achat de ce sac : le sac "rebique", ne tient pas droit et fait mal au dos, une des anse s'est carrément décousue (je l'utilise pour porter le PC, pas des parpaings !), la pochette devant "anti-vol" s'est carrément détachée du jour au lendemain sans accroc et sans pouvoir la remettre et...le sac déteint sur les vêtements (je n'ai passé aucune crème/déodorant ou que sais-je sur mes vêtements ou sur le sac comme me l'a écrit Harber L) Mes chemises en soie coton et lin sont donc à jeter, non remboursées.
J'ai contacté le service client pendant plus d'un an, ce dernier a toujours refusé l'envoi d'un sac neuf ou le remboursement.
Le sac a été "réparé" deux fois (la deuxième fois mon conjoint a du faire 2h de route pour le déposer à un Fedex, et la seconde prendre carrément l'autoroute et faire 600 kms à nos frais pour récupérer le sac livré à notre ancienne adresse).
ET le sac revient toujours en déteignant sur les vêtements ! Je ne le porte donc plus.
J'ai envoyé photos et vidéos à Harber en prouvant mes dires et re-re-re-demandant le remboursement ou un envoi d'un sac neuf, réponse "que voulez-vous que nous fassions de ce sac ? Nous ne pourrons plus le revendre" (...)
Au bout d'une quarantaine de courriels, le service SAV (tout est basé en Espagne), me propose en dernier recours de me créditer le montant équivalent à l'achat initial pour que je rachète un sac neuf + un rabais de 15%. Sauf que leurs prix ont augmenté en deux ans de 30 à 43% ! "Donc" j'en serai encore de ma poche pour avoir non pas un mais peut-être deux sacs qui déteignent et que je ne pourrai porter !
C’est du vol je suis extrêmement insatisfaite
