To start a return please follow the steps below:

1. Go to our “Return Request & Status” page in the footer of the page.

2. Enter your order details and follow the steps.

3. We will review your request, once approved send us your order back and we will proceed with the return on our end.

Kindly note that our registered office is not the returns address, we will send you the returns address after your return has been reviewed and approved. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for items sent to the wrong address.

 

Before sending the goods back to us, please take note of the following considerations:

•      Goods must be unused, in resalable condition, in its original condition and packaged appropriately. We may require a proof of purchase.

•      Returns will be processed within 3 working days upon receipt in our returns office.

•      Please ensure you post the goods back to us within 60-calendar days from the date of receipt. We are a small independent brand and receiving the goods in a timely manner is crucial to our business.

•      Kindly note that customers are responsible for return postage costs and duties (sorry about that.. we are working to change this in the future).

•      If return duties are to be paid, we will pay them on our end and deduct these from your refund after speaking with you.

•      All returns must be sent back in its original reusable packaging. If you don't have it, please send it back in a similarly sized package as the one sent originally and let us know the dimensions so that we can give you the correct quote. If you happen to send your return back in a different package we will readjust the quotation and refund you the correct amount. This is because couriers charge per volumetric weight, so sending a package in a very big box may vary the final courier costs.

•      All goods returned to us must comply with the terms and conditions, as well as the returns procedure; otherwise we reserve the right to return the item/s back to you at your own expense.

•      When issuing a refund, please allow a minimum of 5 working days for the money to be issued back into your account from our refund notification date. Refunds are issued via original method of payment only.

•      All offers and discounts are valid only as per the original offer intended. If you cancel or return a product from an offer, said offer will be automatically cancelled.

•      When returning or canceling a discounted product from an offer, we will calculate your refund based on the lowest value of the product returned or cancelled, meaning the value of the product kept will be its full value price, as if the discount was never applied in the first place.

•      Custom orders are non-refundable unless faulty. This includes, but is not limited to: engraved items, made to order items/orders, corporate gifting and/or large orders specifically made for a customer. If in doubt, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

•      We strongly suggest you pack your return appropriately and use a tracking/signatory postage service, which has adequate insurance cover for the item/s that you are posting, as regrettably we cannot be held liable for any items that are lost or damaged in transit. Additionally, we recommend you keep a copy of your "proof of postage" if you decide to use a non-tracked service.

•      We reserve the right to issue you a partial refund when the value of the item has been decreased for inadequate packaging or false claims.

•      All our products are handcrafted with natural materials by our craftsmen/women in Spain. Furthermore, there could be slight differences between each product that should not be deemed as defects but as a characteristic of authenticity between them. Nonetheless, we quality check all of them before shipping to ensure that you receive the most accurate, highest quality final made product.

•      Kindly note that our products are handmade using 100% real leather, our leather is called Full-Grain Leather.
These leathers are the most premium part of the hide and can sometimes present small natural marks that should not be deemed as defects but as a statement of natural quality.

•      Please note that due to the nature of our business, some colours of products may not be accurate, these may vary depending on your monitor, brightness, screen resolution, or computer operating system. Nevertheless, we take extra care to ensure that all our products are accurately described.

•      Please understand that discounts can be applied only once per order and per customer.

•      We are here to help and provide you with solutions whenever anything goes wrong, so we kindly ask that you give us a chance to correct any issues regarding deliveries, product quality or replacements in the unlikely event that they arise. When you buy from us you agree to give us a chance to correct these issues within a reasonable time which might vary depending on your specific case.

•      All our products are individually packaged, however when an order with multiple items are going to the same address, we reserve the right to package them altogether, avoiding wastage and doing a responsible use of our planet’s resources. If you want to receive all your products individually packaged, you must leave a note at checkout or contact us before dispatch, otherwise all orders that can be grouped will be automatically grouped.

•      We reserve the right to change our packaging without prior notice according to availability and products being sent.

•      We reserve the right to change details of products, as well as photos of products without prior notice.

•      Collaborators and product promoters alike whom purchase products from us, regardless of the purchase price, agree that content created in relation to our product is free to the public domain to encourage brand awareness and allow us to use the content for marketing and promotional purposes.

•      We monitor our reviews to ensure that our products and services are represented accurately, where a review is found to contain false, inaccurate or misleading information about a product or service provided by us, it will be removed without prior notice.

•      When buying out of stock or sold out products on our website, please rest assured that we are behind the scenes making sure that your order is made in a timely manner and will be sent as soon as it’s made. If you’d like to know when it may be made, feel free to email us and we will give you a time estimate. If you are not happy you can cancel your order any-time.

Engraved And Customised Products:
 
•      Engravings are made with a laser engraving machine. The colour of the engraving can look different to the colour of the leather.

•      We are only able to laser engrave Leather and Microfibre. We are unable to engrave Wool Felt.

•      We are able to engrave almost any image onto our products, however there may be some exceptions depending on the image you provide us with, not all images look great when engraved.

•     Engraved products are ready for dispatch next working day, however they may require additional time to prepare depending on the complexity of your request, whether additional information is required from you, or the volume of orders before yours is too high or any other unforeseen circumstances not listed above.

•      All customised and engraved orders placed will be handled to the best of our ability, however the placement you choose shown before purchase will be done as accurately as possible by us, but it is not guaranteed to be an identical replica of what you order.

•      Orders will be sent with the engraving as accurately as possible as shown on our end, with the font shown on our end and all details as they appear on our system which are selected by you before purchase, please simply double check that you are happy with your order before placing your order to avoid disappointments or email us if you are in doubt and we will be happy to help.

•      Orders placed with an engraving but without the payment of it will be dispatched without the engraving.

•      Custom made and engraved products are non-refundable unless faulty.

MATERIALS AND CRAFTSMANSHIP:

 

The Leather:

We use environmentally certified 100% Real Leather called Full-Grain Leather in our products. These leathers are the most premium part of the hide and is left uncorrected allowing it to keep all its natural marks and hence why small blemishes may be visible from time to time, these should not be deemed as defects but as a statement of natural quality. 

 

CARE OF YOUR HARBER GOODS:

In Harber we want nothing more but for you to enjoy your goods, however if you want them to last you a lifetime of happy service, a bit of undemanding care will be needed.

 

RECYCLING:

We encourage all customers to reuse the packaging provided when possible in any way possible, to prolong the lifespan of the packaging used to deliver your goodies. Alternatively, when the packaging can’t be reused then please find the nearest recycling bins and dispose of it responsibly.

 

THE LEATHER:

1.     If you want them to always look at its best, please never wash the leather with soaps, detergents or products not intended for real leather care, these will remove either the beautiful patina that should come up overtime and/or could most likely alter the colour of your leather permanently (regardless of where you get your leathers from, as a rule of thumb, avoid soaps, detergents and strong chemical products that have not been made specifically for the care of a real leather product). 

2.     Full-grain leathers are a more sensitive to moisture than standard leathers, and therefore they could absorb water if left wet for a while. If the leather gets wet, just wipe the excess liquid off the surface and this should avoid any water/liquid stains. This is because our leathers are not treated with harmful industrial chemicals to seal the natural grain to prevent absorption, they’re natural, non-toxic and respectful to you and the environment.

 

THE WOOL:

1.     Our wool felt is super low maintenance, however all you need if it ever gets dirty is to clean it with a damp cloth clear from chemical products.

WARRANTY POLICY

Our products are beautifully handmade with love, care and dedication by our incredibly experienced and professional craftsmen in a small workshop in Spain.

This is why we are sure that you will absolutely love your new product/s, and we are confident that they will last you for a long, long time.

Just for your peace of mind, we are happy to offer a one year warranty from your date of purchase.

•      We warrant 1 year from the day a product was bought, to the original purchaser, that our materials and craftsmanship are free from manufacturing defects.

•      The warranty does not cover any damages including, but not limited to: misuse or neglect, normal wear and tear, change of mind, over stuffed wallets/products, deformed products by misuse, accidents, exposure to extreme conditions, change of colour, acids, ink, oils, solvents, water or malicious damage (sorry about that). For example: If you put more cards in a wallet than recommended, the leather will naturally stretch out of shape and put undue stress on the stitching and other materials, this is a sample case of no warranty cover.

•      This warranty does not cover any claims for incidental or consequential damages in connection with the product.

•      In any event, we reserve the right to inspect the item and make a fair judgement as to whether the fault is covered by our warranty. We reserve the right to offer a repair, an exchange for the same item (or “like-for-like” item if the same isn’t available) or a full refund.

The Harber London warranty sits alongside applicable consumer protection law.


Faulty items:

•      In the highly unlikely event that your item has a fault, please email us (with pictures, if applicable) and we can provide you with a returns address label so you can send the item back to us.

•      We strongly suggest you properly package your item and that you use a tracking/signatory postage service which has adequate insurance cover for the item/s that you are posting, as regrettably we cannot be held liable for any items that are lost or damaged in transit. Additionally, we recommend you keep a copy of your proof of postage.

•      Once we receive the item, we can quality check the product, and if it is deemed that the item is faulty, we will either send you a replacement item or issue a refund (including P&P costs) for you.


How do I make a claim?

In the extremely unlikely event that your goods develop a fault, please email us at support@harberlondon.com with some pictures and details, this will help us speed things up and help out in the best possible way.

In a nutshell:

- For UK customers: No customs, duties or import taxes are to be paid upon delivery, as the goods are imported by us.

- For EU customers: No customs, duties or import taxes are to be paid upon delivery, as the goods are sent from within the EU (Spain).

- For USA customers: There’s currently a duty-free threshold with no import duties or taxes of $800 and you may be able to order from us without incurring any import taxes. Kind disclaimer, please don’t take this as legal advise as we are not tax agents and we take no responsibility for the accuracy of this statement due to the changing nature of each country’s regulatory authorities.

- For International orders: Customs fees and import tariffs may be incurred upon delivery depending on your country’s tax regulations. Kindly note, there’re a few countries where we charge your customs and import taxes at checkout before dispatching your order, this avoids delivery delays as well as confusions for our customers.

•     We dispatch all orders within one working day worldwide using FedEx and in most cases same-day from Spain.

•     Depending on the delivery type chosen at checkout, your order will be dispatched with FedEx.

•     Please provide your telephone number at checkout. We will use your number and/or email to complete the courier shipping label. If there's any problem upon delivery of your order, the courier driver may attempt to contact you via telephone or email and ask you for further delivery instructions.

•     Kindly note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, and can vary depending on your location, festivities, bank holidays around delivery location, weather, etc.

•      We reserve the right to change the delivery type, method or company used to ensure that a better service can be provided at our discretion. This includes but is not limited to upgrading you to a faster service (in this case for free), or even changing from one courier to another.

•     We don’t send orders to PO Boxes.

•    Pre-ordered and out-of-stock items will be dispatched in a first come, first served basis as soon as they become available. Waiting time can vary and is not guaranteed so we thank you for your patience and understanding.

•     Kindly note that some remote or distant addresses may incur a surcharge which we will have to bill you afterwards as the system doesn't reflect it at checkout. This hardly ever happens and we appreciate your understanding.

•     For Saudi Arabia orders only: a ‘Short address/National address code’ would be required to ensure a faster delivery of your order. Please, indicate a 8 digit code in the address section at checkout. Otherwise, your order may be delayed or undeliverable. Kindly note, If we don’t receive this code, you will be contacted and we will keep your order on hold until we receive a response from you.

•     If you choose the wrong shipping upgrade by accident, we will contact you to either pay the difference or to refund you any shipping overages.

•     Shipping fees are non-refundable.

•     Kindly note that it is the customer's responsibility to provide us with the right delivery address. Delivery addresses can be changed only before dispatch. When an order isn't accepted by the customer upon delivery (or there's no one to accept it on your behalf) or it is returned to us undelivered, we reserve the right to ship it back to you for an additional small shipping fee, or ultimately to issue you with a partial refund of your order minus our original shipping costs.

•    For International orders: Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations and the buyer is responsible to pay them, as well as paying for returns and duties. Once an order is sent, international customers accept paying these customs fees, if they’re ever charged. If you refuse to accept the order, the package will be abandoned by the transport company and we won’t be able to offer any refund of your order at all. On the contrary, if the order is returned back to us, the customer accepts to receive a partial refund of the order for the totality of our shipping costs and customs costs.

•    In the unlikely event that your order is missing items, the packaging has been tampered with, or simply damaged in transit, please take photos right away and contact us immediately. If any items are missing or damaged in transit we will require you to give us at least 30 days from the day you contacted us to investigate and either send you a replacement or issue you with a partial refund for the damaged or missing items, failure to provide compelling evidence of theft or damages may result on your claim being denied.

To exchange an item please start a return by following the steps below:

3. We will review your request, once approved send us your order back and we will proceed with the return on our end.

 

For efficiency purposes, we recommend you follow the normal returns procedure and place a new order. This way, you do not have to wait for the items to get back to us in order for us to ship your new order.

•      If you wish to send us your unwanted item/s first, we will ship out the new item/s to you once we have received the returned item/s.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment types listed below to pay for your order. All payments are securely encrypted and never stored in our servers, we have no access to your bank/card details.

 

Fraud detection measures are in place to protect both our customers and us, all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by us and the card issuer.

When making online payments, you may be presented with 3D security measures. This is dependent on your bank issuer and may require you to enter a password or get a security code via email or phone from your bank or building society.
