I ordered 2 sleeves, 1 for my partner and the other for myself. The quality of both sleeves was impeccable, and the leather is beautiful! :) Unfortunately, the initial laptop sleeve that I got for myself was of the wrong size due to a mistake on my part, but the customer service that I received in the process of exchanging sleeves was stellar in every way! Was able to return my laptop sleeve and get one of the right size in return. The entire process was pretty much hassle-free and the lady that helped me (Natalia) followed really closely with me and dutifully and patiently answered all the inquiries that I had throughout.
