Fantastic leather / extremely uncomfortable to use...

I really wanted to love this one as the leather quality is superb, and the tan color is absolutely gorgeous. However, unfortunately, I had to give up on using this one. (1) Backpanel is borderline painful due to having almost no padding at all. Because laptop compartment is in that exact area, it makes it even more painful even just for a few minutes of using it (2) Front zipped compartment is near impossible to use. Since that’s the only external compartment that can hold quick access necessities like wallet, keys, and phones, I wanted to use the zipped area a lot - however, the area is so narrow and stiff. Adding very hard to open zipper (VERY hard to open), it’s making it impossible to use for “quick access”. Again, I love the quality of the material, and due to the high price tag, I’m going to hold on to it, but will have to store it in the storage for now...
