- We gebruiken eersteklas volnerfleer. Dit leer veroudert prachtig omdat het na verloop van tijd een uniek patina krijgt. Zoals bij elke edele houtsoort kun je enkele natuurlijke vlekken zien die niet als gebreken moeten worden beschouwd, maar als een echte verklaring van natuurlijke kwaliteit.
- 100% Wolvilt is een natuurlijke vezel die van schapen wordt geoogst. Het is een hernieuwbaar en milieuvriendelijk materiaal dat je op traditionele wijze verzorgt en beschermt. Door zijn eigenschappen kunnen de randen onbewerkt blijven en rafelen ze niet, is het een sterk verzadigd non woven materiaal dat niet uit elkaar getrokken kan worden, is het antistatisch, vochtbestendig, zelfdovend, stoot het vuil op natuurlijke wijze af en voelt het zacht aan.
• This product is handmade in our workshop in Spain using our own Solar Panels and batteries, helping us reduce our carbon footprint since 2022, and make your products with almost 100% renewable energy.
How does it work? Most sunny days we make our products using 100% solar power and when is not sunny enough, the batteries kick in and gives us a little help with the excess energy saved from previous days.
• The Leather we used in this product comes from a tannery audited and certified by the Leather Working Group (LWG). This is the highest environmental standard for tanneries and trading partners and requires tanneries to reduce their water and energy consumption, as well as their use of potentially hazardous substances.
• The Wool Felt used in this product is a natural fiber that comes from a European Wool Felt factory that has its own water treatment plant and uses 50% solar power for its production, ensuring a responsible use of resources and a great reduction of effluent.
