How does it work? Most sunny days we make our products using 100% solar power and when is not sunny enough, the batteries kick in and gives us a little help with the excess energy saved from previous days.

• The Leather we used in this product comes from a tannery audited and certified by the Leather Working Group (LWG). This is the highest environmental standard for tanneries and trading partners and requires tanneries to reduce their water and energy consumption, as well as their use of potentially hazardous substances.

Poor service

Very disappointed unfortunately. The website is professional and products look high quality, however the service was very poor.

I placed an order on 30/11/2025 (spending c.£245 - no small amount), and after receiving an order confirmation, it was radio silence. I reached out on 04/12/2025 querying when my items will be delivered (as delivery SLA is 4-6 days, and we were on day 5).

Issue 1 - at this point I was told one of the items was out of stock. There was no control and process to inform the customer that the item was out of stock and that the delivery will be significantly delayed - this was the first issue.

Issue 2 - upon responding to Harber on 05/12/2025, I received no reply for 10 days, which is appalling. I then sent a follow up email on 15/12/2025, to which I still received no response. A further follow up email was sent on 17/12/2025, after which a response was received on 18/12/2025, stating the item was be dispatched by 22/12/2025 at the very latest.

I responded requesting a discount from the total price for the poor level of service in delivery, shocking communication capabilities and not responding to emails.

Issue 3 - after declining to provide a discount citing black Friday sale prices (which is irrelevant to the issues I had highlighted), I stated they can cancel the order and provide a refund. The item was then delivered on 23/12/2025, after which I stated I will return the items unopened if they are not going to take accountability for the service provided and a show of good will via a discount.

Issue 4 - unfortunately, this was probably the most frustrating aspect of the process given everything that had already transpired. To return the items, I was told I would need to pay £10. This was the absolute last straw.

Save yourselves the hassle of shopping with this brand. They brand themselves as a luxurious brand, but the quality of service is non-existent.

Spend your hard earned money elsewhere - customer service matters.

Sling bag

Firstly the leather and craftsmanship of the bag itself is amazing, however the strap is lacking a bit, I would have preferred something more fitting in color maybe something dark chocolate color for the tan version of the bag that i got, it also needs to be adjusted all the time, maybe something that locks the adjustment and it would be perfect. My issue is more with the adjustment rather than the color of it, but the black color in person is too much out there.
