Lovely leather but so disappointed as it is a very tight fit and basically i can’t use it.

Poor product and even worse Customer Support

Having bought a phone pouch from them before and been very happy, ordered a new pouch for my latest phone. However, the quality was very poor by comparison. Very thin leather and the case was too small which meant the buttons on the side of the phone all got pressed when I put the phone in/out and sometimes turned on the camera or powered the phone off ! You have to email to return stuff which I did and pay for your own returns which I did. Case was returned by tracked postage and yet nearly 2 weeks after they got it back still no confirmation that they have it (supposed to be 4/5 working days) let alone a refund. Emailed to chase but still no response. My advice is definitely don’t bother.
