Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. Discounts are based on quantity, though, so the more you order, the better the discount.
How long will it take to complete my order?
From 1 day to 3 weeks, depending on the scale of your project.
Do you offer any discounts for bulk orders?
Yes, between 15% and 50% off the retail price, depending on the scale of the project and the product, among other things.
Can I order with my own logo?
Yes. We offer a white label service with just your logo and any other custom requirements.
Can you develop a product from scratch for a one-off occasion?
Yes, absolutely. Developing a new product can take from 24 hours to 2 weeks.
Can I order with initials and other colours not available on your website?
Yes, everything is possible.
Do you offer special packaging with my own logo as well?
Yes. Packaging is complimentary, and we can deboss your logo onto the box for an additional fee.
Do you charge for samples or logos?
Yes. The cost of the sample is deducted from your final order. Small tooling fees are sometimes needed depending on your project and are non-refundable.
Will there be any hidden fees?
No, the price we quote you is final.
