This product has been carefully handmade by us in our workshop in Spain.
We own and built our workshop from scratch, like every one of our products, allowing us to perfect every detail from the inside-out, down to the last stitch.
This helps us rapidly implement your feedback and fine-tune our products on a daily basis.
• We use Premium Full Grain Leather. These leathers will age beautifully as they form a unique patina overtime. As any noble woods, you may be able to appreciate some natural marks that shall not be deemed as defects but as a true statement of natural quality.
• 100% Wool Felt is a natural fiber harvested from sheep. It is a renewable and eco-friendly material that provides you with traditional care and protection. Due to its properties, edges can be left raw and they won’t fray, it is a highly saturated non woven material that cannot be pulled apart, it is anti static, moisture resistant, self-extinguishing, it naturally repels soiling and it also feels soft to the touch.
- Dieses Produkt wird in unserer Werkstatt in Spanien unter Verwendung unserer eigenen Solarzellen und Batterien handgefertigt, was uns hilft, unseren CO2-Fußabdruck seit 2022 zu reduzieren und Ihre Produkte mit fast 100 % erneuerbarer Energie herzustellen.
Wie funktioniert das? An den meisten sonnigen Tagen stellen wir unsere Produkte mit 100 % Solarstrom her, und wenn die Sonne nicht scheint, schalten sich die Batterien ein und helfen uns mit der überschüssigen Energie, die wir an den vorangegangenen Tagen eingespart haben.
- Das Leder, das wir für dieses Produkt verwenden, stammt aus einer Gerberei, die von der Leather Working Group (LWG) geprüft und zertifiziert wurde. Dabei handelt es sich um den höchsten Umweltstandard für Gerbereien und Handelspartner, der die Gerbereien dazu verpflichtet, ihren Wasser- und Energieverbrauch sowie die Verwendung potenziell gefährlicher Stoffe zu reduzieren.
- Der in diesem Produkt verwendete Wollfilz ist eine Naturfaser, die aus einer europäischen Wollfilzfabrik stammt, die über eine eigene Wasseraufbereitungsanlage verfügt und zu 50 % mit Solarenergie produziert, was einen verantwortungsvollen Umgang mit den Ressourcen und eine große Reduzierung der Abwässer gewährleistet.
