Original order got lost during shipping, replacement still pending

Here my story: I have ordered the iPad Folio on 2.10.25, it got shipped on 23.10. and got lost on 24.10. I complained on 4.11. about the loss by UPS and Harber promised a replacement on 7.11. Still waiting today (13.11.) on a confirmation that the replacement order got shipped to me. So if ever I will receive the product I can also write a review of the Folio.
