Delivery took 10 days instead of the advertised 6, which was particularly disappointing given that this was to a London address (one would expect better from a brand called “Harbor London”). As a result, I didn’t receive the items before leaving for a three-week trip to Europe. I contacted customer service to ask whether the delivery could be rerouted to Germany - especially as the products were dispatched from Spain - but received no assistance.
To make matters worse, when I returned home and inspected the items, one of them turned out to be faulty: the inner lining is larger than the outer leather cover, causing the two layers to be misaligned. I’ve since contacted customer service again and am currently awaiting a response.

Overall, this was a rather underwhelming experience, especially given the high price point.

I wanted a slim way to hold 2 passports, an international vaccine certificate and 2 id cards. This wallet does it, barely. My two passports just fit in the main compartment, but it's a tight fit. I suspect that with time it may get a bit easier to get these in and out. Vaccine certificate fits in the larger side pocket, but I can only get this paper certificate in when the passports are not in the wallet (not a problem as I rarely need this document). Two ID cards go in one card slot, and an Airtag goes in the other. Exactly what I needed, and I only knocked one star off because the fit is very tight (for my possibly unusual use case). Quality is very good.
