- Measure the width: the longest side of your device, from end to end.
- Measure the depth: the shorter side.
- Measure the thickness at its thickest point.
Laptops: measure with the lid closed (the depth runs from the front edge to the hinge). Tablets and phones: measure without any case or keyboard.
Measure in millimetres if you can. Each size is made for a specific device: yours can be up to about 3 mm larger in any measurement, or a little smaller.
Questions
How much bigger than the size can my device be?
Up to about 3 mm in width, depth or thickness. Each sleeve is cut to the measurements of the device it was designed for; anything larger wouldn't fit or would strain the seams.
My device is a little smaller. Will it move around?
Within about 3 mm either way it fits snugly; a little smaller (up to 15 mm for laptops and tablets, 8 mm for phones) it is a little roomy but still well protected. Bigger gaps aren't recommended.
