I have purchased many items from Harber, however, my recent purchase was late, with no communications as to why and expected delivery date. No apologies either, I totally understand the world of commerce has changed due to Covid-19 and hence supplies of raw materials has been disrupted and in some cases has had a dramatic change. On the whole a great company to deal with, however, please don’t take customers for granted as we have legs and can quite easily walk. Please don’t use Covid-19 as an excuse either, embrace it, change your way of doing business but most of all keep your customer informed. You cannot beat loyalty, because once it’s gone it’s gone.
